CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately this is not currently possible.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after you submit your order. Orders are immediately sent to the fulfillment center when they are submitted and our system can no longer retrieve or change them.

Check your spam mail. It may appear in your junk mailbox.

MY VOUCHER CODE IS NOT WORKING?

If you happen to receive one and it’s not working, please reach out to the person who issued your code to see if there was a time limit or product constraint.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN PERIOD?

If you have purchased on anewbee.com and wish to return your product for a refund, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Our products are backed by a 30-day return and a one-year warranty.Depending on the condition of goods and packaging materials, returns can be subject to a small restocking fee (up to 20% of the item’s purchase price). If the item is returned in "new" condition with all packaging intact, it will not be subject to a restocking fee.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REFUND?

Once your item is received back in the warehouse, it typically it takes 1-2 for Paypal.The Credit Card it typically it takes 3-5 days,it can take up to 10-14 days to process a return and issue a refund. We appreciate your patience. 

HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?

1. Email support@anewbee.com requesting an RA (Return Authorization). Please include your Order ID Number and the reason for your return/exchange. All returns require an authorization which is issued only by email. Please note that an RA does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.

2. Wait for an email response from us (usually within 24-48 hours) and then download the RA Return/Exchange Packing Slip and fill out the form completely.

3. Pack the products and RA Return/Exchange Packing Slip into a shipping box using packing material and secure with tape.

4. Please write your Order ID Number on the outside of the shipping box (please do not write on the product package).

5. Send the return to: New Bee

I PURCHASED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY, HOW DO I RETURN?

If you purchased your product via an authorized third party (ex: Amazon), you must return your product to that store.
